Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic, professional, and guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and driving sales through strong menu knowledge and upselling. This role requires a high level of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent guest service from greeting to final payment
Maintain full knowledge of menu items, promotions, and beverage offerings
Consistently upsell food, beverages, and add-ons to increase guest experience and check average
Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery
Perform table maintenance, including pre-bussing and cleanliness throughout service
Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
TABC and Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
