Job Purpose
Performs all aspects of assembly, test, and calibration of assemblies according to specifications.
Shift: Monday-Thursday 6a-4:30p
Key Responsibilities
Build assemblies using various tools and fixtures.
Verify standards are correct and product meets required specifications according to blueprints or process instructions.
May package products or assemblies, as needed.
Inspect assemblies for defects during various stages of production.
Perform tests on products as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
Perform high quality work.
Identify production related issues.
May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality managements system in accordance with ISO standards.
Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions and encourages their teams to do the same.
Experience Required
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and press equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions and maintain accurate records.
Basic computer skills necessary.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $18.00 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
