We are currently seeking a Multi-Unit Catering Manager to join the Bad Brad’s team. This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations across six locations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Consult with guests to plan menus, provide quotes, and manage order requirements.
- Manage catering communications via phone, text, email, and support chat (Monday–Friday, 9AM – 6 PM).
- Coordinate with front and back-of-house managers regarding order details, special requests, and logistics.
- Import and monitor online orders, including EZ Cater.
- Oversee catering staff assignments and ensure all balances are paid prior to events.
- Attend events as needed and manage last-minute requests or emergencies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and advanced customer service abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of food items, preparation, and allergy protocols.
- Proficiency with computers and catering software.
- A positive attitude and a dependable work history.
