Summary/Objective:
This position entails a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the seamless operation of the company, offering crucial support to multiple departments, and maintaining strict adherence to tasks, projects, standards, and organizational policies and procedures in a punctual manner.
Essential Functions:

- Professionally manages incoming phone calls by screening and directing callers to the relevant associates, with the ability to transfer calls to associates' voicemail when necessary.
- Extends a warm and courteous welcome to visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately within the company premises.
- Takes responsibility for efficiently recording and delivering messages to designated personnel.
- Offers essential information to callers on a need-to-know basis, ensuring a balance between confidentiality and communication.
- Receives, organizes, and forwards incoming mail and documents, maintaining an organized flow of information.
- Coordinates the logistics of express mail services, such as FedEx and UPS, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
- Assists in the procurement, reception, stocking, and distribution of office and store supplies and orders.
- Provides support for various clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Engages in periodic travel to various stores and vendor facilities to collect orders and supplies.
- Upholds strict confidentiality with regards to Payroll, HR, and Employee matters, seeking guidance from supervisors to determine appropriate parties for disclosure. Maintains the confidentiality of Payroll and HR documents.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach in initiating and managing projects and embracing opportunities for continuous learning.
- Adapts to changes within the work environment, effectively managing competing demands and unforeseen events.
- Maintains personal transportation (with a valid Driver License and Insurance) to facilitate occasional travel to and from MOE locations.
- Assists other departments as necessary.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This role does not involve any supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands:
This role is predominantly sedentary; however, some tasks involve filing, storing, and sorting of shipments. These responsibilities necessitate the ability to lift boxes, open filing cabinets, navigate stairs/ladders, use a stool when required, bend, stoop, push, and crouch/squat as necessary. While performing job duties, employees are regularly required to type, use their hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with their hands and arms. Occasional lifting of items weighing between 1-25 lbs. is expected. Additionally, the role may require standing, walking, and using hearing and speaking skills as needed.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasionally, overtime and weekend work may be required.
Travel:
Some local travel may be expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. One year of administrative experience.
3. Computer Software Proficiency – Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
