Ryan Ryan Fine Jewelry & Gift Bar is seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to manage the flow of custom jewelry projects from order intake through completion. This position works closely with our top notch in-house jewelry designer and master jeweler to coordinate custom orders, communicate with our team of trusted outside contractors, monitor deadlines, maintain accurate work orders, and ensure every project moves smoothly through production.

Daily Responsibilities
- Create and maintain custom jewelry work orders
- Coordinate projects with outside jewelers and setters
- Track production timelines and delivery dates
- Follow up on outstanding projects
- Update customers on order status
- Work with the in-house designer and jeweler to prioritize jobs
- Order materials as needed
- Maintain accurate digital records
- Help improve production workflow and efficiency
