What You'll Handle
You'll work on a broad range of California family law matters, including:
Divorce/Dissolution of Marriage
Child Custody & Visitation
Child & Spousal Support
Property Division
High-Net-Worth Divorce Matters
Community Property Analysis
Post-Judgment Modifications
Other family law litigation matters
The practice regularly represents clients with substantial assets, providing excellent exposure to complex financial and custody issues.
What They're Looking For
Active California Bar License
Family law experience (preferred)
Recently licensed California attorneys are encouraged to apply if they have family law exposure and are committed to building a career in this field
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Courtroom confidence or willingness to develop litigation skills
Excellent communication skills
Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
