Leasing Consultant (Bilingual – Spanish/English)

Must have at least 1 year of leasing experience + fluent in Spanish
Are you bilingual in Spanish and English with a background in leasing or sales? We are looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team and help make our community feel like home for every resident.
Give friendly, informative tours in English and Spanish
Help prospective residents complete applications and lease documents
Follow up with leads and stay organized using our leasing software
Answer resident and prospect questions with care and professionalism
Support resident activities and community outreach
Assist with marketing and maintain office presentation
1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Warm, engaging personality and strong communication skills
Able to multitask and stay organized
Weekend availability required
