Morning Star Fields, Florida is changing the egg industry. We're Florida's first Certified Humane egg farm and the only Bio-Circular farm in the United States, producing premium local eggs with exceptional freshness, animal welfare, and sustainability.
What You'll Do:
- Develop new business with restaurants, hotels, and hospitality accounts
- Make customer visits with distributor sales teams to generate new opportunities
- Train distributor representatives on the Morning Star Fields story and product advantages
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline while maintaining activity reports
- Track growth in your area

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to grow new business
- Professional presence with chefs, owners, and industry partners
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
- Passion for premium food products and sustainable/regenerative agriculture
