Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks such as phone calls, messages, chart organization, working with all office staff and providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the office. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information to patients and callers regarding appointments and medical inquiries.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly tone while communicating with patients and team members.
- Manage in coming inquires effectively to ensure great customer service.
- Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling patients and taking patient messages for the office.
- Document call details accurately for record-keeping purposes.
- Maintains chart organization, prep, filing, etc.
Skills
- Proficiency in excellent customer service.
- Strong clerical skills, including communication and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills in filing and preparing charts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
