Heartland Mobile Work Group is looking for reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our mobile care team. In this flexible, part-time role, you’ll travel between four skilled nursing facilities to provide hands-on support and care to residents in long-term care settings.

Physical Settings:

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Travel to assigned facilities as scheduled to help cover shifts and meet resident needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Take and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff
- Ensure resident safety and dignity at all times
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Ohio
- CPR certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple sites
- Prior experience in long-term care is a plus
- Strong work ethic, compassion, and communication skills
