Ability to cut and merchandise fresh meat for a specialty meat market. Minimum 5 years cutting experience. Must have knowledge of all species in a retail meat operation.
Level of experience and knowledge will determine ultimate pay rate.
Friendly and reliable. Must be able to work weekends.
