We’re currently hiring a Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative to support our Los Angeles Territory.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role offering a competitive salary, PTO and benefits. Have a book of business already? We’re ready to compensate accordingly. Base Salary between $85K-$95K, up to $30K bonus your first year.

Job Functions of Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative:
- Serve as the face of Right at Home in Los Angeles, developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, senior programs, families, healthcare providers, elder care attorneys, assisted living, and community partners.
- Grow care hours and increase market share by generating qualified referrals and building a strong, consistent pipeline.
- Execute a weekly sales plan, maintain activity in a CRM, and consistently follow up to convert leads into clients.
- Represent our agency professionally at events, in-person visits, and through promotional efforts.
Job Qualifications of Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative:
- Deep knowledge of Los Angeles — including strong connections within the community.
- A proven track record of success in healthcare or home care sales (minimum 2 years).
- Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative must have experience with referral development and relationship-based selling.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to plan your own schedule, track activities, and hit performance goals.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
