Urgent Island Restoration is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects throughout Hawaii. We specialize in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, environmental services, hazardous materials abatement, and reconstruction for residential, commercial, and government clients.

Position Summary
The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for overseeing mitigation and reconstruction projects from initial inspection through final completion. This role includes customer communication, project scheduling, documentation, estimating support, quality control, and team leadership.
Project Managers may develop estimates directly in Xactimate or work with UIR's in-house estimating team to prepare estimates based on field documentation, measurements, photos, moisture readings, and project scope.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple restoration and reconstruction projects simultaneously.
- Conduct site inspections and assess project conditions.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules.
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, consultants, and property managers.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality, and profitability.
- Ensure projects are properly documented and completed according to company standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform quality control inspections and jobsite reviews.
- Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Certifications
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
- IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
- IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Xactimate Level 1, 2, or 3
Xactimate experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates with strong construction, restoration, environmental, or project management experience are encouraged to apply even if they do not currently hold these certifications.
