Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring efficient flow in <LOCATION> parking areas
- Safely operate manual transmission vehicles and other types of cars with professionalism and care
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately for valet services, including cash handling and retail math calculations when applicable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet station and surrounding areas to uphold a professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address any issues promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Experience operating <LOCATION> parking facilities or working as a dealership or delivery driver is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures required for accurate transactions
- Prior experience in dealership or retail environments involving vehicle movement or valet services is beneficial
