Compensation:
Certified: Starting at $22.49 per hour (based on experience)
Non-Certified: Starting at$21.00 per hour (based on obtaining certification)

Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team. This position works under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support safe, accurate, and efficient medication services in our rural hospital setting.

Enter and process medication orders in the computer system (pharmacist-verified)

Prepare and distribute daily medication fills and restock automated dispensing systems

Mix IV additive solutions and chemotherapy under pharmacist supervision

Package and label medications for pharmacist verification

Maintain medication inventory, outdates, and pharmacy supply restocking

Perform medication reconciliation and assist with patient charge auditing

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment

Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and hospital policies

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must be 18 years or older

Pharmacy Technician training completed or certification obtained within 6 months of hire

Hospital or pharmacy experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail, communication, and computer skills

Requirements:
Minimum Job Requirements

Completed pharmacy technician training per regulation, or certification obtained within 6 months of hire
