Reports to: Club Director, Dana Cooper
Supervises: no one at the current moment. Contractual position, renewable yearly Position Purpose:
Founded in 2010, Volleyball Elite relies heavily on parent engagement, volunteer services, event registration, player/parent profiles and payment withdrawals in order to stay organized and succinct in our business model. The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for maintaining the business aspects of the club (travel) volleyball organization.

- Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Google programming & registration software
- High standards for excellence in execution
- Flexible hours and availability (evenings and weekends possible)
- Applicant should be strategic and forward thinking. You will be tasked with working independently and
meeting deadlines as well as assessing current processes in place and offering/implementing future process opportunities.
Primary Areas of Responsibility:
- Parent payment tracking & communication
- Event listing & communication
- Weekly and monthly mass communication
Key Activities and Tasks
- Attend annual tryouts and other hosted events
- Coordinate organizational fundraisers
- Create communication flyers (event, reminders, announcements, etc.)
- Update parent portal information
- Connect and provide needed information to parents
- Publications/Flyers/Announcements
- Manage player registration on a daily basis
- Keep track of hours worked and invoice the organization monthly
