Shift Options & Opportunities:
- Choose between 4x10s (4 days, 10 hours each) or 5x8s (5 days, 8 hours each) to complete your 40hr/week shifts!
- Overtime available at 1.5x wage. No Tax On Overtime!
- Multiple leadership opportunities for future evening, night and weekend shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and package health & wellness products customers love!
- Gain unique management and leadership skills from entrepreneur Brandon Middleton. Become Warehouse Manager in 6 months!
- Hands-on training in manufacturing, quality assurance, system processes, and more!
- Keep our warehouse (the heart of our business) running smoothly by mastering order fulfillment.
- Learn machine operations, and even 3D printing.
- Stay fit! — lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Health & wellness e-commerce enthusiasts eager to grow in a small, non-corporate agile team.
- Handy with tools, machine maintenance, trades, content creation or tech? Even better! (but not required)
- We will value having a flexible schedule and being available for different shift opportunities (evening/night/weekends)
- Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, which will be rewarded.
- Bilingual (C1/Native English + Spanish) is a plus — bilingual employees may earn extra pay!
- Any expertise in Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Labeling, Shipping & Dispatch, Order Fulfillment or Quality Control is highly valued!
