Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metal Roof Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Measure and prepare roofing surfaces according to project blueprints and schematics, ensuring precise fit and alignment.
- Install metal roofing panels using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute roofing designs.
- Secure roofing materials with appropriate fasteners, caulking, and trim carpentry techniques to ensure weather-tight seals.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across construction sites while maintaining proper posture and safety procedures.
- Conduct inspections during installation to verify quality standards and make adjustments as needed for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members on framing, metal stud framing, or other related construction tasks such as masonry or framing when required.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in roofing installation or related construction roles with a focus on metal roofing systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication processes specific to roofing projects.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Background in related trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry, framing), masonry, plumbing, or restoration is a plus.
- Prior experience working on construction sites involving concrete forming or stucco is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex installations.

Pay: $18.00 - $29.12 per hour
