Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Dad’s Pool & Landscaping is a fast-growing pool and landscape company serving Stockton and the surrounding communities. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with the owner and help keep the business running efficiently.
This is more than an administrative role. You’ll help coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, communicate with customers and employees, and solve problems before they become issues. Every day is different, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the owner’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Answer calls, emails, and text messages professionally
- Schedule customers, interviews, and team meetings
- Assist with hiring and onboarding employees
- Coordinate with field crews and office staff
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and documents
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Order office and job materials as needed
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism
- Complete special projects and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new software and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize independently
- High attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Previous administrative, executive assistant, HR, office management, or customer service experience preferred
