Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. Service Technicians work independently and with other Service Professionals, departments, external vendors, customers, and contractors in identifying, diagnosing, delivering effective and efficient Electrical services in accordance with National Codes. This position is responsible for tasks including but not limited to performing inspections, general service, maintenance, repairs, and projects using the Red Fox Electric Service Delivery System. This position also requires Service Technicians to maintain company equipment and tools in accordance with company policy.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems for functionality and safety.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with office staff to build and install electrical systems efficiently.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Residential & Commercial Electrician or similar role.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems is a plus.
- Ability to use testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Experience working on construction sites is a plus.
- Must possess a valid electrician’s license or actively seeking an electrical license.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be able to provide a 2 year driving record.
