Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Body Shop Manager to oversee daily dealership operations at our Metro Detroit location. This role is vital in ensuring efficient vehicle servicing, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and leading our automotive team to success.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Lead and motivate the automotive service team to meet performance targets.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and auto body work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to facilitate vehicle readiness.
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts necessary for shop operations.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills.
- Monitor shop performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive operations.
- CCC and DRP knowledge
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to automotive service.
- Preferred: 5 or more years experience in auto body management.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
