12 – Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time
Location: On-Site (Southern Florida)
Compensation: $29–$43.20/hr + Night & Weekend Differentials + Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a patient-focused healthcare team. This role is ideal for nurses committed to delivering high-quality care, maintaining clinical excellence, and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Qualifications:
- · Minimum 5 years of RN experience in Home Health, LTAC, SNF, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections
- · Active RN license in any U.S. state or compact license
- · Minimum 3 years in a specialty such as NICU, PICU, or similar
- · Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends
- · Must not have worked for or applied to HCA Healthcare within the past 12 months
- · Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
*To clarify, they are looking for RNs within each of the specialties listed. For NICU or PICU RNs, providers would need a minimum of 3 years of experience in that specialty or a closely related specialty. The 5 years of experience applies more to the care setting itself, which can include Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient Rehab, or Correctional Health settings. Submitted providers would need to have at least 5 years of experience within one or more of those settings.*
Pay: $29.00 - $43.20 per hour
