Pay:
- Starting Pay: Candidates with security experience are eligible for $22.50/hour during the 90-day probationary period.
- After successful completion of probation, compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
- Qualified candidates with prior law enforcement or military experience are eligible for $27.50/hour upon successful completion of the probationary period.
- Employees who begin at $22.50/hour are eligible for performance-based raises every 90 days.

As our operations expand, we are seeking detail-oriented, dependable individuals to join our dispatch & monitoring teams in a high-performance control room environment.
Role Overview
As a Dispatch Assistant, you will support Incident Management Coordinators (IMCs) in real-time surveillance & emergency response operations. You will work alongside an experienced monitoring team to observe live security feeds, identify suspicious or criminal activity & help coordinate appropriate responses.
This role operates in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where clarity, accuracy & sound judgment are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed logs, supporting communication between teams & assisting in the dispatch of field personnel or emergency services when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Incident Management Coordinators with live video surveillance monitoring
- Identify & assess suspicious or criminal activity in real time
- Dispatch field personnel and/or emergency services when incidents occur
- Maintain accurate incident logs, communication records & status updates
- Coordinate with analysts & security personnel to ensure situational awareness
- Follow established protocols for escalation & reporting
- Provide support to Incident Management Coordinators as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure
- Comfortable working day, swing, overnight, and/or weekend shifts
- Computer proficient & able to quickly learn new systems/ platforms
- Prior military, law enforcement, or security experience
- Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
Training & Schedule
- Training schedule will be provided upon hire.
- Post-training schedule is TBD; candidates must have full availability for daytime, swing, overnight & weekend shifts.
