Responsibilities:
-Perform reconstruction work as a crew member such as drywall, paint, trim removal and installation, framing, cabinetry installation, floor installation, etc.
- Perform restoration tasks including water removal, equipment operation, environmental monitoring, demolition, mold remediation, fire restoration, and decontamination.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Operate company software from smart phone
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the restoration industry
Requirements:
- Experience in restoration is sought after but not required.
- Experience in construction industries with a focus on carpentry work required.
- The top qualities we require are problem solving, strong work ethic, flexibility and willingness to learn and adjust to new situations.
- Must have the ability to operate hand tools and power tools proficiently
- Driver’s License is Required
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Availability to work a rotating on-call schedule. Available for regular overtime.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
