Safely administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team
Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, personalized care
Accurately document medication administration and resident observations
Promote resident dignity, independence, and overall well-being
Collaborate with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional care
Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive
Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and organizational skills
A genuine passion for serving older adults
