Duties

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques.
- Support meal preparation and food production by handling ingredients carefully through manual handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors, adhering to safety standards in production.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large pots or crates of supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment operation to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with food preparation equipment operation are advantageous.
