Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as sorting ingredients and organizing supplies to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas including dining spaces, kitchens, storage rooms, and restrooms through regular cleaning routines.
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and event spaces are clean and ready for service.
- Help with food handling procedures in accordance with safety regulations to ensure food quality and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members supporting overall restaurant operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with kitchen cleaning procedures, food handling safety protocols, and basic maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
