Peninsula Imaging seeks an authorization specialist to work 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Hours may vary. Responsibilities include obtaining prior authorizations for a busy radiology practice. This position requires excellent customer service skills, organization, and ability to multi-task.
Prior experience with computerized scheduling system(s), administrative/telephone experience in a medical setting; and knowledge of insurance requirements is required.
