Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant – Patient Care & Rehabilitation to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is eager to learn.
You will work directly with patients, assist with advanced rehabilitation therapies, support daily clinic operations, and play an important role in creating an outstanding patient experience.
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, customer service, and a willingness to learn. We will teach the right person our specialized treatment protocols.

Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
- Assist patients throughout their rehabilitation visits.
- Prepare treatment rooms and therapy equipment.
- Learn to operate specialized rehabilitation technologies after training.
- Monitor patient comfort during treatment.
- Support the doctors during patient care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
- Help keep supplies stocked and treatment rooms prepared.
- Cross-train in multiple clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Float between clinical and administrative duties as needed.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out.

Qualifications
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in a healthcare, customer service, hospitality, or patient-facing role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
No chiropractic experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to assist patients during treatment.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to move throughout the clinic and assist wherever needed.
Schedule
- Full-Time (approximately 35 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday
- Some evenings may be required based on the patient schedule.
Compensation & Growth
Starting Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
