About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in an in-person role, with flexibility available after completing training. The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys to manage personal injury (PI) litigation cases from inception through trial, including preparing disclosures and discovery and maintaining regular communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PI litigation cases from inception through trial.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support.
- Draft disclosures, discovery requests, responses, and related legal documents.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files.
- Communicate with clients and provide timely case status updates.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties as needed.
- Conduct case-related research and support litigation strategy.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
- Minimum 1 year of legal experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent client-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Work Environment
This is an in-person position, with flexibility available once fully trained.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
