Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with:
- Employee hiring/onboarding
- Payroll processing
- Insurance documentation
- Filing and office organization
- Email and phone communication
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable
Responsibilities:
- Handle office administrative tasks
- Assist with employee hiring and paperwork
- Manage payroll-related tasks
- Follow up on insurance and company documents
- Answer calls and emails
- Maintain organized records and files
- Support daily office operations
- Must be willing to pick up and deliver materials to job sites when nedded
- Must have driver license and reliable transportation
