What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the vibe keeper – Lead and inspire a rockstar team that delivers legendary service and unforgettable guest experiences
Own your floor – Oversee front-of-house operations, staff development, and guest interactions with energy and pride
Set the pace – Help implement promotions, drive sales, and keep service standards sky-high
Solve problems like a boss – Handle guest concerns and team challenges with professionalism and positivity
Play to win – Collaborate with upper management on business goals, performance metrics, and continued growth strategies
Create fans, not just customers – Embody our message every day: “We are truly glad you are here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back.”
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (bar/restaurant/sports grill experience a huge plus!)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build an upbeat, hardworking team culture
A hands-on operator who’s not afraid to jump in and lead by example
Great communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume nights with ease
Positive, team-first mindset and passion for hospitality
Ability to work 40–50 hours/week, including nights and weekends
