What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, as site conditions vary.

Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas such as storage, processing, and shipping spaces.

Support order at the location by observing facility activity, addressing routine issues with professionalism, and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
