Production Welder
Job Summary: As a Production Welder, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, utilizing your skills in blueprint reading, fabrication, and welding. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding is essential to ensure high-quality welds that meet project specifications. Additional skills in rigging, mechanical knowledge, and manufacturing processes will enhance your ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Weld metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Read and interpret welding callouts and specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment.
- Ensure welds meet quality standards and perform inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Comply with all safety regulations.
Qualifications (Required):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in MIG and TIG welding.
- Strong understanding of welding processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret welding specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
