At Fillmore Bakeshop, we're a small, independent bakery that has proudly served San Francisco for over 15 years. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and is excited to become an important part of our close-knit team. This is more than a cashier position. You're one of the faces of the bakery. Your friendliness, product knowledge, and enthusiasm help create memorable experiences for our customers while contributing directly to the success of our business.
Position starts mid-August.
Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday
7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
This is a permanent, full-time position with a consistent schedule. Availability to work holidays, including Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve, is required.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with warmth and enthusiasm
- Provide exceptional customer service and confidently recommend our products
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks
- Operate the register and package orders with care
- Answer phones and take cake orders
- Restock displays and help keep the bakery clean and inviting
- Work closely with the bakery team to keep each day running smoothly
