We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Phone to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer orders, scheduling services, and providing solutions to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call Management: Efficiently handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Order Processing: Release new orders for fireplaces, insulation, and other products
- Service Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule services as needed for insulation, the Scheduling Department, and the Service Department.
- Payment Processing: Take credit card information from callers
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries such as identifying fireplace types, lighting instructions, shutting off gas, programming remotes, and dealing with odors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in a clear and comprehensive manner.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective solutions and alternatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
