What you’ll need:
- Complete understanding of pre-bake and final bake of forced cure linings, equipment sizing (tip
- size, pump pressure, pump ratio, etc.).
- Ability to mix all lining materials and the effects of temperature and humidity.
- Ability to operate small power tools.
- Knowledge of proper preparation of tank cars for lining.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform emergency rescue operations.
- Must pass level 2 coatings certification test (normally acquired with 3 years’ experience).
