The Shift Manager provides leadership to the restaurant team on their shift. This leader maintains operations and drive results in the restaurant through people development, positive guest experience, cost control, and proper food safety practices. The Shift Manager assists the General manager to train and develop Team Members that share the Wingstop mission-To Serve the World Flavor. The Shift Manager must convey the Wingstop Way culture to the team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the brand.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong PC skills
- Open / flexible work availability
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solid talent- and performance-management skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Servsafe Manager Certification (We will provide training and testing if needed)

Working Conditions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements
**Retention bonuses subject to completion of training, passing required Food Safety and Training tests, obtaining Servsafe certification, and successful completion of all job duties. Must not be subject to any disciplinary action. Must work at least 440 hours to be eligible for the 90 day payout. Must work at least 880 hours to be eligible for the 180 day payout.
