About IAQ Restoration
IAQ Restoration, Inc. is a nationwide provider of indoor air quality (IAQ) and HVAC decontamination services for commercial, industrial, healthcare, government, and education facilities. We help organizations keep their HVAC systems, ductwork, and indoor air clean, safe, and compliant through inspection, testing, and large-scale HVAC decontamination. We work both directly with facility clients and in partnership with restoration and mechanical companies across the country. We move fast, operate nationally, and we need marketing that looks sharp, reads clearly, and ships on time.
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on, part-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to be our boots-on-the-ground presence — capturing real project content, keeping our social channels active, and producing quick-turn marketing materials that support the sales team. This is an execution-focused role for someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
You'll have backup when you need it — partner marketing firms are available to support larger or more specialized projects — while you own the hands-on, day-to-day marketing work.
We're casting a wide net: whether you're a student building a portfolio, a recent grad, or an experienced marketer looking for part-time work, we'd like to hear from you. Depending on your skills and interests, there's room to take on more — including our (currently paused) video podcast.
What You'll Do
Jobsite Content Capture
- Visit project sites to capture high-quality photos and short video clips for marketing and social
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to capture content safely and professionally
- Build simple “before/during/after” sets, quick case-study visuals, and on-site story content
Social Media & Distribution
- Plan, schedule, and post content across social channels
- Repurpose jobsite footage into short-form posts, Reels, and clips (CapCut or similar)
- Track basic performance — what's working, what's not, what to do next
- Build and send email campaigns to clients and partners — experience preferred, but if you haven't done it before, a willingness to learn is what counts
Quick-Turn Design & Sales Support
- Create simple, on-brand social graphics and one-pagers in Canva
- Design presentations and slide decks for the sales team — they provide the content, you make it polished and on-brand
- Keep existing sales collateral current: one-pagers, sell sheets, service sheets
- Turn real field wins into usable proof: testimonials, project highlights, short case studies
- Handle fast-turn requests from the sales team without sacrificing quality
Coordinate With Outside Partners
- Serve as the in-house point of contact for freelance/agency work — advanced design, website/SEO, paid ads, trade-show booth design, and complex video/podcast editing
- Gather and hand off the raw material (photos, footage, notes, wins) our partners need
- Help keep brand consistency across everything: fonts, colors, templates, and voice
Optional, Depending on Your Skills
- Editing full video/podcast episodes in-house (otherwise outsourced)
- Blog/website content or motion graphics
