Campbell Construction is a full-service commercial general contractor located in Mukwonago, WI. We offer opportunities that involve coordinating a carpentry team’s activities, planning and scheduling tasks, ensuring safety regulation compliance, and overseeing carpentry projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing construction projects’ subcontractors and effectively managing carpenters per the construction timeline provided by the construction project manager.
- Must be able to self-perform rough and finish carpentry as needed per project.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to carpenters and other construction workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes to keep the jobsite safe, clean, and orderly.
- Interpret and implement blueprints to ensure project success.
- Address any client concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the project are available and properly maintained.
- Order materials and equipment as required for the project with reference to our procurement department.
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive materials on site.
- Provide quality control for all completed works.
- Willing to travel.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in Wisconsin
- Extreme attention to detail
- Proven experience as a carpenter foreman or similar supervisory role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, task-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Good physical condition/stamina required as a general labor will be needed
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED in skilled trade will be a plus
- Minimum of 5 years foreman experience and 3 years superintendent in the industry
- Ability to shift tasks at a moment’s notice
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
- Pay is based on experience

Pay: $30.63 - $32.41 per hour
