Job Summary

Duties
- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, supplies, and products in accordance with safety standards
- Follow strict safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Support assembly, packaging, and shipping processes by preparing materials and organizing work areas
- Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and workspaces to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery or equipment preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including proper PPE use
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role is advantageous but not required
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team setting

Pay: $16.90 - $19.00 per hour
