Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely communication.

- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate bookings that align with technician availability.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to support daily operations.
- Assist with customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction with services provided and address any concerns.
- Help maintain an organized workflow and support the team in achieving company goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
