The Role
As the General Manager, you’re the heartbeat of the café. You’ll lead a team, run smooth operations, and bring the brand to life every single day. If you’ve got hustle, heart, and leadership energy — we’re all in.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a high-energy team that loves making guests happy
- Hire, coach, and build future leaders
- Keep operations tight: scheduling, inventory, and performance goals
- Make sure every croissant, coffee, and cake meets our standards
- Manage sales and costs like a pro
- Turn guest feedback into action
- Create a space that’s clean, welcoming, and full of good vibes
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in café, bakery, restaurant management
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Fast on your feet, organized, and cool under pressure
- Passion for food, community, and hospitality
- ServSafe certification (or willing to get one)
