Position Title: Production Associate
Wage: $18.50/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3:15pm - 11:45pm (Monday - Friday)

In this essential role, you’ll ensure food safety and product excellence by following strict GMP and HACCP standards while processing, packaging, and preparing materials with precision.

Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Remove Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products from cooler or warehouse
- Cut RTE product with cheese slicing machine, de-linker, stick cutter or scissors
- Place RTE product into unit packaging
- Apply stickers by hand to packages
- Place RTE product in a bag, caddy or/or case and puts on pallet
- Move finished pallet with pallet jack into warehouse
Requirements for Production Associate:
- Able to work in 35-40 degrees environments
- Able to tolerate the smell of raw meat, cheese, and various spices
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to be flexible and responsive to changing production needs
- Basic mathematical skills
- Able to follow verbal and written directions
- Able to stand, walk, reach and bend throughout shift
- Able to lift up to 10-25lb occasionally and up to 50-100lbs rarely
- Able to push / pull up to 50-75lbs
- Able to use hands repetitively
