A&K Elite Real Estate Services is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our growing team. This part-time, commission-based position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our company continues to grow.
In this role, you'll combine your sales, leasing, and customer service expertise to support a thriving residential and commercial property management and brokerage firm. You'll play an important role in driving occupancy, conducting property showings, responding to prospective tenants, and delivering an exceptional leasing experience.
This position also offers the potential to become part of our real estate sales team, providing additional opportunities for growth and income.
What You'll Do

Respond promptly to rental inquiries and guest cards

Schedule and conduct residential and commercial property showings

Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process

Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy

Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents

Assist with leasing and marketing initiatives

Maintain knowledge of available properties and market trends

Meet or exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
What We're Looking For

Active Licensed real estate salesperson in New York State (required).

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties

Familiarity with property management software is a Plus (AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar).
