Job Duties Include:
- Evaluate resident's functional needs when referred by the attending physician or interdisciplinary team
- Follow physician orders and facility policy and procedures to treat residents and complete required documentation for care provided
- Evaluate effectiveness of treatment and integrates new information/skills as needed to improve treatment outcomes
- Attend care plan and family conferences
- Perform discharge evaluations and make post-discharge arrangements as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed therapist in North Carolina, maintain current licensure and provide license annually
- Must be able to lift, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, squat, bend and reach using good body mechanics
