Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and clerical tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
- Oversee scheduling management for staff and appointments, coordinating calendars efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training, development opportunities, and ongoing support to foster a motivated team.
- Coordinate meetings, staff functions, and activities to promote engagement and team cohesion.
- Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll , and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Manage budgeting and bookkeeping tasks to track expenses, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy aligned with organizational goals.
- Support dental office management duties including compliance with healthcare regulations, patient record filing, and front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a dental office
- Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Open Dental preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of human resources procedures including onboarding, training & development initiatives.
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and front desk operations.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
