We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive digital transformation. In this role, you will architect the overall platform structure, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You will lead the development of custom applications, manage integrations with enterprise systems, and serve as a key technical authority on ServiceNow best practices. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow platform architectures to meet evolving business requirements.
- Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, third-party applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow administration, governance, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions using Scaled Agile methodologies.
- Ensure platform security, performance, compliance, and reliability standards are met or exceeded.
- Mentor and support ServiceNow developers and administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends; recommend and implement enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Application Building
- Proven track record in ServiceNow Integrations (internal and external systems)
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Administration and platform management
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered; additional relevant experience required for non-degreed candidates.
- Demonstrated success in leading ServiceNow platform deployments and complex implementations.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders and technical teams at all organizational levels.
- Superior time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration and leadership abilities in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or similar iterative project frameworks.
- Solid understanding of process automation, workflow optimization, IT Service Management (ITSM), and enterprise integration patterns.
