Landscape Maintenance Field Trainer / OperationsSupervisor

We're looking for an experienced landscape professional who is passionate about developing people andimproving field operations.
This position is not responsible for managing a maintenance route. Instead, you'll spend your day in thefield coaching and training multiple landscape maintenance crews to improve quality, productivity, safety,and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Train and coach landscape maintenance crews in the field.
Demonstrate proper mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and clean-up techniques.
Improve crew efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct quality inspections and provide immediate hands-on coaching.
Train new employees on company standards, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Work alongside crews to demonstrate best practices.
Assist supervisors with identifying training opportunities and correcting performance issues.
Ensure crews follow company safety policies and equipment maintenance procedures.
Help standardize operating procedures across all maintenance teams.
Document training progress and communicate crew development with management.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of mowing, pruning, irrigation awareness, plant identification, and landscape bestpractices.
Proven leadership and coaching ability.
Ability to motivate and develop employees from diverse backgrounds.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
