Lakewood Home Energy is a growing building performance and insulation company dedicated to making homes healthier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient. We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to build a career in the weatherization industry.
What You'll Do
- Install dense-pack and loose-fill cellulose insulation
- Install fiberglass batt insulation
- Perform air sealing using industry best practices
- Assist with spray foam insulation projects
- Work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other residential spaces
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Represent Lakewood Home Energy professionally while interacting with homeowners
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Construction, insulation, carpentry, or HVAC experience is a plus—but not required
